Customer name

The name will appear on the review exactly as inserted here



Product ID OR Product Handle (Required)

Product ID is the last part (number) of your product URL from Shopify admin



Product handle is the last part of product URL

For example: https://ali-reviews-demo.myshopify.com/products/luxury-men-watch

--> Then luxury-men-watch is Product handle

Rating (Required)

Valid values are 1/2/3/4/5. Please use whole numbers only.

Note: If you input invalid value, the reviews will be skipped

Content (Required)

The text of the review. Maximum 2000 characters

Email customer

Fill in your customer email. You can leave this column empty if you don’t have the customer’s email address

Published date
Please fill in all the review date column with the right format: mm/dd/yyyy

Note: If the published date column is empty or filled with incorrect format, the review will be skipped

Review images

A public Image URL with formatting as .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif

For example:
https://www.gstatic.com/webp/gallery/1.jpg
https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/U6ae40a0fda634bb7a7f41bc65d5f9957S.jpg

You can have max 5 images in a review, each image is separated by a comma ","

Country code

If you are using Sample reviews template. You will need to fill in the country code
