Ali Reviews - How to set up Review Pops?

This article includes 2 steps to set up the Review pops

Step 1: Add review pops widget

Step 2: Widget settings

From now, you can set Review Pops easily as a review widget in Show section.

ADD REVIEW POPS WIDGET

From Ali Reviews Menu > Show reviews > Widget settings

Add the Review pops widget to the page you want

Note: Ali Reviews support to add Review Pops widget on multi templates for Product and Collection page (Themes that use Online Store 2.0)

Enable the review pop toggle on your Theme Settings



MANAGE WIDGET

From Show reviews > Widget setting > select the widget > Press "Manage" to open the settings

Personalization

The settings here are only available on Essential plan and Higher

Review widget privacy: Show the widget to all visitors or set conditions to show the widget to specific visitors

Review Personalization: You can set which products' reviews to show on the widget based on product triggers/ conditions

Review options: Choose to show reviews based on Rating/ Reviewer country/ Content/ Photo/ Keywords
Note: In product page, there's no Review options settings

Appearance

From here, you can customize the look of review pops

Basic settings (Available for all plans): You can customize the Layout, content, the position and etc. of the review pops

Advanced settings (Only Available for Essential plan and higher):




Remember to hit the save button after done these above settings

__ NOTE__:

- On Preview section in Ali Reviews, it will show all reviews on the Review pops. However, on store front, it will show reviews according to your settings

- You can show/hide the Review pops widget by clicking on the "Eye button"
