Ali Reviews - Why some products' reviews are not showing on the review pops?
In your review pops widget, you have set to show reviews of some specific reviews on Review personalization settings. However, you do not see the reviews of product A, but it keeps showing reviews from product B. Please let us explain how this feature works.
- First, you can add multi products on the Review Personalization.
- Then Ali Reviews will pick random reviews from these products, and show on the Review pops.
- Sometimes, it's possible that you do not see reviews of some products which were added to the list. However, all reviews from the product list are included in the queue, they will show if they are in turn.
