Ali Reviews - Can I show all reviews on a product page?
On product page, it will show the reviews of the product that customer is viewing by default. However, you can also show all reviews on a product page with the purpose of cross-sell. Please follow the bellow steps to set this up:
On the left menu, open Show reviews tab --> Review widgets
If you have not had a review box on your Product page, please select Quick add and add the review box on Product page. Otherwise, please press Manage --> Product page
On Appearance tab --> you will see the 'Review widget display' option
Review by product: show reviews of the product that is viewed
All products' review always: always show all reviews of the store
All products' review when no review: when the product has no reviews, it will show all reviews of other products on your store
Please note that, when you select option to show "All products' reviews always" or "All products' reviews when no review", the star ratings will not show. The reason is: the rating will always show the exact number of reviews you have on the product, so if showing the stars, the number next to the stars will be different from the number of reviews on the review box. That can lead to losing trust on your store.
