Ali Reviews - How to manage/ delete the Reviews in Ali Reviews

You can easily manage all the reviews on Manage reviews tab. This article will clearly explain which actions can be done in this section

Please be noted that according to Shopify policy, to not mislead your customers with dishonest feedbacks, you are not allowed to edit the reviews.

Manage all reviews or reviews of some specific products

The default page of Manage reviews will show all reviews which come from all sources of your store

From here you can

Filter the reviews based on the following conditions: Product, Source (Ali Express, CSV file, Sample reviews, Customer reviews...), Rating, Media and Date

Pin / Copy / Move / Delete review

Note: Pinned reviews are only applied on product page

Delete reviews in bulk (Available on Essential plan and Higher)

Manage reviews of one product

Search product you want to view its reviews.

From here you can:

Import reviews from Ali Express

Add/ Update Rich Snippet

Publish / Unpublished / Move reviews/ Copy reviews/ Delete reviews

Pin / Delete review

Note: Pinned reviews are only applied on product page

Reply reviews/ Share reviews as image

You can reply each review and show the reply on your front store, also can share the review on your social platform as visual image
