Ali Reviews - How to pause the app subscription?
For some situations, you would like you stop the app subscription without deleting it. Ali Reviews has released the Pause plan option to help you with that request.

- Pause plan is an option to stop the subscription fee without having the app uninstalled.
- Please be advised that the app charge is included on your Shopify month fee. Shopify will deduct the full monthly charge. In case you pause the plan in between the month, Shopify will provide an Application credit for the days left on your next billing.
- Open the Pricing page on the Profile menu or visit this link: https://app.alireviews.io/pricing
- You will see the Pause subscription tab. Please read the information carefully before confirming the Pause plan.
- All the reviews will be hidden from your store front.
- All the scheduled requests (via Emails/ SMS) will be cancelled.
- All of your data, including product reviews and other settings shall be safe in our servers as long as you keep installing the app.
- Please be noted that Pause plan cannot be activated on stores which are under trial period. On trial period, you have not get any charge yet. So you can uninstall the app to prevent getting up-coming charge after the trial ends.
- When you are on pause plan, you will see this pop-up after logging in the app. Please press on "Reopen the store" to activate the app. It will lead you to the Pricing plan, from here you will select the plan and approve the charge to start the subscription.
