Interacting with customer via reviews helps your store become more trustful. Understanding that, we release the Reply reviews feature which is available on Essential and higher plan


After your customer write a review, it will be placed on Approve reviews section. You will need to approve the review before replying on it.

On Manage reviews --> Content Moderation --> Actions --> there will be a Reply button on each reviews.

There are 2 options: Publish reply and Private reply

Publish reply: reply and publish it on store front, it will be attached bellow the review. You can also send an email to notify the reviewer.

Private reply: Only send the reply via email to the reviewer

NOTE: In case, there's no email on the review, the Private reply will be blocked.

Manage the reply: you are able to edit/ delete the reply
