This article will show you how to customize review request emails and discount code emails to fit your brand. Follow these instructions to easily adjust your emails' content, logo, and design directly within Ali Reviews.

Steps
From the Ali Reviews dashboard, navigate to the left-side menu, and click Collect Reviews
Click Auto-Request at the top-down
Select Email Template
Click the Customize button in the review request email template section.
Select a template that matches your store style.
There are 4 different templates: Basic, Cover banner, Standard, and Modern.
Adjust the design style.
In the design section, you can change the store logo, logo height, banner image, color,...
Modify the content of an email template
Tone and voice: Different tones and voices (content styles) convey different feelings and reflect your brand's personality. Select one that aligns with your brand's character, such as gentle, trustful, thankful, or impressive.
Email subject: Craft a compelling subject line to grab the attention of your customers and encourage them to open the email.
Preview text (optional): It will strengthen the subject line to draw the attention of the email receiver.
Email content: All the messages and information you want your customers to read and understand the purpose of your email.
Submit review section: An area where customers can easily find where to submit their reviews. It includes fields for a rating title, a review title, a submit review button, and optionally, a photo submit button.
Scale Rate: Defines the descriptors for different star ratings to guide customers in their review submissions.
Email footer: Provides essential information and options to users, such as an unsubscribe link, enhancing the email's trustworthiness and giving recipients control over their email preferences.
Besides, you can use different variables to personalize your email, such as the buyer’s first name, the buyer’s full name, the shop name, etc.
After finishing the customization of the email template, ensure to click on the Save button.
You’ve just finished customizing a review request email. We recommend sending a test email to your email address to check how it looks before sending it to your customer. Follow the next steps below to use the send test email feature.
Click Send test email.
Select one of these options:
The order has a single product: View how a review request email appears when customers purchase a single product in their order.
The order has multiple products: Check out what a review request email looks like when customers purchase an order with multiple products.
Fill in your personal email address and click Send to view a sample of how your email test looks before sending it to your customers. After taking this action, a test email will be sent to your email.

Select the Email template in the drop-down
Scroll down and click the Customize button in the Discount code email section.
On the left, click the Design section to adjust the design style: logo image, logo height, and color.
On the left, click the Content section to edit the text of the discount code email template. You can change variables or edit text such as email subject, email content, button text, and email footer.
After customizing the discount code email template, remember to click on the Save button to save everything unchanged.
We recommend sending a test email to your email address to check its appearance before sending it to your customer. Follow the next steps below to use the send test email feature.
Click Send test email.
Fill in your email address and click the Send button. After that, a discount code test email will be sent to your email address.
Note:
+ Save any changes you’ve made before sending a test email.
+ The test email is a sample to see how it looks. Therefore, the submit review button won't work like it does in a real email. Your customers who get the actual emails can submit reviews.
+ To let the review request email and discount code email feature work, remember to enable auto-schedule requests. Read here for more information.
