WHAT IS CUSTOM QUESTION FORM

You can collect the enhanced feedback from your customer by attaching the custom question form on your review widget and on your Auto/manual request.

On review widget, custom question form will be displayed on 2 sections:

On the submit review form: allows your customer to answer the extra questions about the product. From that you can get to know more about customers' insight

The answer will be attached on the review: Other customers will able to receive helpful information about the product

HOW TO USE CUSTOM QUESTION FORM

You will need at least Essential plan to use this feature

To activate the Custom question form, please open Collect reviews on the left menu --> you will see the Custom Question sub-menu --> Activate the Custom question form so that it can be displayed on the review widget.

We prepared the sample forms for you. You can also custom the questions according to your need. Please be noted each form contains maximum 5 questions

Summary label: will display on the review widget as keyword (for instance: Shipping)

Customer will answer the question by moving rating scale

Check on the Required button if you do not want your customer to skip the Question form

On Product page's review box widget





On Email Auto request



On submit form online (via Email, SMS, QR, Social request)



NOTE:

- Custom question form only shows on storefront. Ali Reviews does not save the answer in-app backend.
- When you change/ switch Custom question form, all collected data will be removed
- When the reviews are deleted/move, the custom question data will also be deleted/move (on store front)
- When you copy reviews, the custom question data will NOT be copied along with the reviews.
