At the moment, our server sometimes isn’t consistent, so it might affect to your back-end and your amount of products somehow.

There are some problems such as:

SITUATION 1: There is no products in Manage Review Tab (Empty dashboard)

--> please click on Update button



SITUATION 2: Can not find out some new products that you just imported (Missing products).

--> Simply manually sync all products with this link:
https://alireviews.fireapps.io/cs/update-products

SITUATION 3: Sometimes, products which are deleted on Shopify store, still showing on the app dashboard.

--> Please help to check this link to remove the deleted products: https://alireviews.fireapps.io/cs/delete-products
