Ali Reviews helps you to generate a message based on the order's information. In this message, there's link to request review. You can copy that generated message and send to your customer via social platform's inbox after the order was delivered, so that your customer can leave a review for your product. That's what we call Imbox Request.
CONDITION TO USE
You are on Essential plan and higher
The Email Request feature has been enabled
HOW IT WORKS
After you enable the Auto schedule request via email, whenever an order is fulfilled on Shopify, the request will be scheduled
You will see all the requests on the Request Dashboard tab
You can create an Inbox request for each request, click on the Inbox Request button

It will auto generate content based on the order's information --> pick a template or customize the content as you want --> Copy and send it to your customer's inbox on social platform

Your customer can leave review for your store/ product via the link on the Inbox request. After customer left the review, it will be updated on the Request Dashboard. If the scheduled email has not sent, it will be canceled to prevent send duplicated request.
