2 situations could happen, and please help to check more details as the following.

SITUATION 1

When you press import reviews, is there nothing happen?

Please make sure you install Ali Reviews Extension
Please help to change to Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser on a computer/ laptop (it's impossible to import reviews via mobile or tablet), and import reviews again. It should work well.

SITUATION 2

When you press import reviews, a rectangle white box appears as the below. 

It should say to paste URL of product, BUT now it's just a white box, and you can't click in anything.



To get it back to normal work, please press Ctrl + Shift + R as a clearing cache action from our dashboard, and then try to import reviews again. The problem should be totally solved.
