Can I create customer information for unknown chat?
Absolutely yes. Especially this function seems to be an EXCLUSIVE FUNCTION that you have never seen in any app on Shopify store. To be specific, this function helps you NOT ONLY directly create customer information on Chatalyst, BUT ALSO the customer information will be automatically synced to "Customers" section on Shopify as well.
To create customer information, you should type their information including name, email or phone number.
Once you fill required information, this will become your customer and be automatically synced to Customers section on Shopify.
