Does Ali Reviews support AJAX loading?
If you figure out that the reviews box and rating star were added to your store properly, however, they are NOT being displayed at the 1st loading, and only appear when you reload, it means your website is using AJAX, a set of web development techniques that allow websites to load content onto the screen without refreshing the page.
Unluckily currently our Ali Reviews does not support this technology yet due to technical limitation, and we are working on it for a fix at the earliest.
As an alternative suggestion, if possible, please contact your theme supplier, and ask for their support to change to normal loading instead of AJAX when you want to go to the next page in your website.
Or you can change the Loading mode by going to Shopify --> Theme --> Customize --> Theme Settings --> Performance --> Choose Sport loading
