Chat Widget

You can customize widget appearance including content, style and its settings. For more detail can be found here



Auto Assign Chat

You can turn on this function to automatically assign the chat to operators in sequential order.



FAQ Set up

There you can active the FAQ message, set up predictive questions that you think your customer can ask and your answers for them. Please refer here for more information.



Operator

Add operators with staff/admin role by entering their email. For more detail, please check this article
