How to create/group your visitors with triggers?

To group your visitors with triggers, please go to the main menu => Click on Triggers



You can prioritize your triggers with 3 levels including High, Normal and Low. Please be advised that the highest priority level as High will be limited at 5 triggers.



There are 3 main sections (Conditions, Actions, Notifications) for each trigger as following:

Conditions: customer`s behaviors and attributes





Actions: when visitors match trigger conditions



Notifications: notify for operators when any visitors match trigger conditions
