How to custom the email sender

In case you wish to change email information that customers see in their inboxes when receiving review request emails and review response emails, it can be done as below:

From Navigation -> Setting -> General:

Email Request Review

Store name: your Store Name which is set from Shopify will be shown as default and it cannot be blank
Email address: this email address will show on the Email request as sender
Reply to email address: When you reply the reviews, we will show this email address as sender
