How to manage Operator seats?

There are admin account and staff account

Admin account: this role can use all features within the app as Store Owner account

Staff account: this role is limited by using Chat and Customer only on Menu bar.

Please follow these steps to add an operator seat on your store:

Go to Settings > Operators

Click on "Add Operator" button

Choose the type of seat (admin account or staff account) > enter the email you want to invite to your store > click on the "Add" button

Then, there will be an invitation sent to the email of the operator you've just added

How can the invited agent join in your store?

Create account

Once you add operator, assigned person will be invited via an Email to confirm.

Then click on the button "Sign into Chatalyst" and fill your information to create account

Forgot password

In case you forget your password, please press "Forgot password".

Then fill required information and you will get an Email to reset new password


Your Store Owner account will be added by default, and you cannot remove it.
