Lets replace image from a product in Product page as an example, and you can do the same for Collection page too.
Just go to Translation menu --> Replace Image --> Localize images --> choose Product page type --> Select product

Select available products that you want to replace image in the dropdown list in-app. You can find product name on Search bar easily then select them to replace image

Choose an image from the product page name you want to replace
Please note that we only support to replace main images along with images of variants like example below, we do not replace images which belong to your Product description.
Example: Main image and variants images

Choose your target language that you want to replace the image
+ Default image: images are already on default language version in Shopify store.
+ Image replacements: images are not available from your Shopify store so you have to prepare them in your library (images in desktop or image links), and use these images to upload to our app in order to have their local versions in target languages.
Paste the replacing image link into the tab --> press Enter OR click on Browse file to upload image in your local library, then click on Save button.

Publish the selected product image to show its replaced images in target languages on store-front

Repeat above steps again for other images.
Go back to that product page --> Select the target language on Switcher --> View the result
TIPS:
Bulk publish/unpublish/remove replaced images in Product page, Collection page or Other pages.
Example:

When you unpublish a specific added page (Product/Collection/Other page) in list, replacement images won't be shown up on target language version on your website but it's still saved in our database and only completely deleted if you remove that replaced image in-app.
You can only publish replaced image according to your Page number limit allowed to add on each plan. For instance, you're in Growth plan, you can add up to 10 Product pages and 10 Collection pages to Replace image list, so you can only publish the replaced image based on this limit. If you reach the limit, you can't publish more. In this case, we recommend you should upgrade to a higher plan to get more replaced image published or only publish favorite image replacement on your website.
Example:

In case, you downgrade plan, it will follow the downgraded plan limit. All replaced images will switch back to Unpublish status, users have to republish themselves according to the limit of their new plan. Please check out here for more details.
To zoom and view full image, you could click on default images or replaced images then click on "X" to turn off
Allowed image formats to upload: jpeg, gif, and png (Maximum 10 MB). Otherwise, it will pop this message

You can remove any specific product in Replace image section including its replacement images by click on Remove button then there will be popup to confirm this action like this.

Or select image in Other page list and click on Action button then select "Remove" to remove all products and its replacement images in bulk.

For other pages such as Homepage, we call this is "Synced from Shopify Files", you can do some steps to have local versions for target languages. For more details, please check here.
