How to reply reviews from my customers

Interacting with customer via reviews helps your store become more trustful. Understanding that, we release the Reply reviews feature which is available on Essential and higher plan


After your customer write a review, it will be placed on Approve reviews section. You will need to approve the review before replying on it.

On Manage reviews --> Actions --> there will be a Reply button on each review.

There are 2 options: Publish reply and Notify via email. You can choose one or both

Publish reply: reply and publish it on store front, it will be attached bellow the review

Notify via email: send the reply for customer via email

NOTE: In case, there's no email on the review, the Notify via email option will be blocked.

Manage the reply:

- You will be able to edit/ delete the reply

- When the review is deleted, the reply will be also deleted
