How to set up Frequently asked question?
To set up frequently asked question (FAQ), you need to go Setting => FAQ setup
There are two sections needed to fill out:
Setting the FAQ content
Adding question type
Please be advised that you can only add three questions.
NOTE:
The FAQ question just shows the first time for chat beginner. In case they want to review it, please press the button like the picture below.
