How will I be charged if I do upgrade/downgrade from lower to higher plan in Transcy?

With your concern, there are 2 cases as the following:

In this case, when you upgrade from LOWER to HIGHER, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle according to Shopify Policy.

For example:

You begin a 30-day billing cycle on a GROWTH plan, which is $19.9, and then upgrade to an PREMIUM plan, which is $39.9 plan on day 10 of the billing cycle.

=> You'd be charged ($39.9 - $19.9) * ((30-10)/30) = $13.3 (+ $19.90 of Growth plan at the begin of the app billing cycle)

Simply, you upgrade from GROWTH to PREMIUM on the same day, you'll get 2 charges, $19.90 for Growth plan and $20 for the difference of 2 plans. In total $39.90 plan = Premium plan

NOTE: one billing cycle charge is counted as 30 days. (From the day of your approve charge processing)


With a Paid plan, will I be charged again when doing uninstall, and re-install Transcy app?
