1. Send notification email to customers about the order fulfillment:

If you select this option, the the notification email will be sent to the customer once the order is fulfilled with Ali Orders.

2. Fulfillment tracking URL:

You can add the shipment tracking website URL in this field, which will be added to the notification email. Your customers will be able to track their orders from the notification email sent by clicking on the tracking code.

3. Shipping Method:

When you fulfill order, it auto selects this default shipping method if the item has this shipping option.

4. Warning when shipping cost higher than:

If you enable this option, you will see a warning if the shipping cost is higher than your expected shipping cost as the below screenshot. 

Then you can check and consider before you confirm payment. 

5. Override phone number:

Phone number is a required field on AliExpress. Sometimes, your customers do not give their phone number which makes the fulfillment process not be completed. 

Filling your phone number or any phone number will help the fulfillment smoothly.

6. Note to supplier on AliExpress checkout page:

You can simply write a note for your suppliers about your order.
