Remind customer to leave reviews via Email Reminder

After send the Auto Request via Email, you can also schedule a Email Reminder if customer forgot to leave the reviews for the purchase. Also, support merchant to send more email reminders to collect more reviews when customers don't write reviews for all purchased products

Set up the Email Request reviews, instruction can be found here

Turn on the option "Remind this email to customer". This option is available from Essential and higher plan.

It will send a reminder for the customers who meets one of these 3 below options as chosen:

Option 1: Send review reminder email if there is at least one product that has not been reviewed yet in the first email.

When choosing this option, you should schedule the Sending time to remind after the first review request.

Option 2: Send review reminder email only if there is no product that has not been reviewed yet in the first email.

Option 3: None


- This email reminder cannot be editable. We will keep the same content of the Email request reviews.
- When downgrading, this feature would be disabled. It would auto select option 3 and don't send email reminder anymore.
