Transcy - How to deactivate the app?

For some situations, you would like you stop the app subscription without deleting it. Transcy has released the Deactivate app option to help you with this concern.

What is the Deactivate app?

- Deactivate is an option to stop the subscription fee without having the app uninstalled completely out of Shopify admin.

How to process the Deactivate app?

- Open the Pricing page on the menu in Shopify admin
- You will see the Deactivate tab. Please read the information carefully before confirming the Deactivate app

- Also, please leave your feedback here for the reason you want to deactivate the app. Your opinion would be very helpful for us to improve your experience with using the app better.

What happens to the app after deactivating?

- The switcher will be hidden from your store front.

- All your settings and translation data shall be safe in our servers as long as you keep installing the app in Shopify admin.

- Please be advised that you can deactivate the app under the trial period and the remaining trial days still are saved on our system so you can continue using remaining trial days when re-activating the app.

- The Deactivate app option is only applicable for the monthly subscription

How to reactivate the app?

- After the app is deactive mode, you will see this pop-up after logging in the app. Please press on "Reactivate" to activate the app again. It will lead you to the Pricing plan, from here you will select the plan and approve the charge to start the subscription.

NOTE: Please note that for current users who have been using the app before our new pricing updated on March 1, 2023, once deactivating the app, they need to choose and apply new pricing plan when reactivating the app. Sorry for this inconvenience.
