Transcy - How to remove/unpublish the target language

In some cases you want to remove or unpublish some specific target languages from your store you can do that easily in the app

1. Remove/Unpublish the target language on manage language section
2. Remove the target language on Localization section


1. REMOVE/UNPUBLISH THE TARGET LANGUAGE ON MANAGE LANGUAGE SECTION



Go to Localization menu --> press Manage button --> Language and Currency page -> Language Tab => Select the needed target language to remove/unpublish





Please be advised that once target languages are translated in the app, deleting action of these target languages will not be able to restore the target language translation. The translation of target language will be removed out of our database and Shopify system as well and can't revert

In case you remove a language which is the default market language of some of your markets, there will be a notification popup like this to direct you to Shopify market setting to manage this action



2. REMOVE THE TARGET LANGUAGE ON MANAGE LOCALIZATION SECTION



After setting up language on Localization menu, later then you want to remove a target language out of a specific market so you can do that in Localization menu

Click on a specific market that you want to remove a target language out of this market --> choose a target language that you want to remove --> open 3 dots icon --> from there you can manage to remove the selected target language completely from this market.





Please note that you cannot remove market's default language in Localization menu but you can only do that directly in Shopify market setting. Also removing the target language out of a specific market, it will not be removed on your store, it's just unpublished on the specific market. In case you want to remove it out of your store, please removing it on manage language section
