Transcy - How to support multiple currency checkout with Transcy

Not like other normal pages such as the product page, homepage, cart page, with the checkout page, we only support multi currency checkout for merchants who use Shopify Payments.

More details, please visit this link.

Simply, if you use Shopify Payment, and already added all target currencies into our app, you can enable and set up Shopify Markets feature. Through setting up Shopify Markets, it will automatically convert your storefront prices to international currencies and rounds them up based on the latest foreign exchange rates.

That means if Shopify Payment is enabled in your store and you have set up Shopify Market, then your clients could checkout with these supported currencies.

Learn more here about Shopify payment and click here for more details about Shopify Market.

From Shopify Payment settings >> scroll down page you will be directed to Market setting to adjust multi currencies

From Market settings, you will find the place to enable mutil currencies for international or just go to each Market to adjust currency format, exchange rate.

NOTE: Please be advised that once using Shopify Payment and Shopify Market, currency format, exchange rate and local currency at checkout page would be managed directly by Shopify system. So for more concerns related to setting up or currency format adjustment, please kindly contact Shopify support for better advice and support.

Hope this helps you a lot
