Having Transcy integrated successfully with Salebox which help you translate contents on the Shipping box to any target languages that you want as well as manage/edit its translation easily through Transcy app.

You can find Salebox and some other apps integrated with Transcy in our Integration list menu



For Advance integration with Salebox so you can auto translate contents on the Shipping box and edit the translation in Transcy app. Click here to learn more about Integration types/levels.

Note that Salebox Advance integration is only available from Economy and higher

Enable Salebox Advance Integration

Make sure to install Salebox app on Shopify already.

Done setting up a shipping offer box in Salebox. More details about Salebox, please check out here.

Go back to Transcy dashboard, open the Integration list on the left menu --> Featured --> Find Salebox and tick on box "I've already installed app"



Manage the translation of Sale box in Transcy

TRANSLATE

Basically, when you enable Third-party app function for your target language (Basic or Advance language type), contents on the Shipping box should be translated automatically without any action. Please make sure that you have published target languages on your store.



However, with only Advance language type, you can edit and manage the translation in Manage Content

EDIT TRANSLATION

To edit the translation, from Salebox app in Integration list, you can click on Manage translation button or please open Manage Content on the left menu --> Third-party app resource --> click on Edit button



Find Salebox name --> click on Edit button



You can click Translate by our machine there or Edit shipping offer box

You can do action in bulk such as Translate/Delete translation/Manual sync/Remove app out of the list

NOTE:

The sections inside Third-party app resource: all the default content sent by the app partner
We do not support editing default content, please kindly edit default content directly in the app partner.
When you downgrade from a higher plan to Free plan, only show automatic translation, not show manual/edited translation. Manual translation data (if any) is stored for 90 days, after 90 days the data will be deleted.
In case you remove the app partner, its translation data is stored for 90 days, after 90 days the data will be deleted.
If you delete an app partner on your store, that app will be removed out of the Third-party app list
