Transcy refund policy

According to our policy, we do not offer the refund unconditionally after the 30-day money-back guarantee period. This guarantee is applied for both users choose a monthly app charge or yearly app charge.

Within 30 days using the app after the trial end, if you are not satisfied with our app and service, one-time refund should be made within the following conditions:

Monthly charge:

- Still in the 30 days guarantee period

- The app subscription has been terminated

Annual charge:

- Still in the 30 days guarantee period

- Before requesting for the refund, you will need to cancel the app subscription by uninstalling it from your Shopify store or Deactivate your plan for the monthly plan user. We will have the right to reject your refund request if the paid plan is still active.

Please keep in mind that refunds are only applied for the charges that are documented on your Shopify subscription bill. Please check this Shopify post and our payment policy for more details.
