Transcy - Transcy refund policy

According to our policy, we do not offer the refund unconditionally after the 30-day money-back guarantee period. This guarantee is applied for both users choose a monthly app charge or yearly app charge.

Within 30 days using the app after the trial end, if you are not satisfied with our app and service, one-time refund should be made within the following conditions:

Monthly charge:

- Still in the 30 days guarantee period

- The app subscription has been terminated by uninstalling or deactivating your plan

Annual charge:

- Still in the 30 days guarantee period

- Before requesting for the refund, you will need to cancel the app subscription by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We will have the right to reject your refund request if the paid plan is still active.

The charge had to be paid through Shopify payment system first. We will process the refund (exclude Shopify processing fees) after receiving the money from Shopify (It might take 7-10 business days). According to Shopify policy, the Shopify fees will not be refunded, so we can only refund the amount that we earned (not the full charge)

Please keep in mind that refunds are only applied for the charges that are documented on your Shopify subscription bill. Please check this Shopify post and our payment policy for more details.

 Updates to the refund policy:

This refund policy can be updated at any time, WITHOUT prior notice, and is applicable immediately for ALL subscriptions and subscribers.  It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Service, and its acceptance is mandatory for ALL users.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if ANY efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
