Transcy - Why does Transcy need some permission access your Shopify account?

Due to some our recent updates, if you're the old user who installed Transcy app since from Aug 18, 2021 backwards, you need to click on "Update app" button in Shopify admin to make all our updates worked on your shopify store properly.

We (Transcy) only need some necessary permission access your Shopify account data including:

View Shopify account data: Shopify account email addresses, phone numbers, and locations.
Manage products: products, product listings, collections, order
Manage your Online Store: theme and pages on your online store
Transcy will be able to access data such as email addresses, IP addresses, and browser user agents.
View Shopify admin: Legal Policies
Manage other data: locations, locales, and translations.

Why do we need these permission access your Shopify account

We use your information in order to provide you with the best possible use of the Site and the Services, to maintain them, improve them (all functionalities of the app such as Translation, Currency implemented properly) and in order to protect us and the Services from misuse and law violations.
