Transcy - Why is my website showing 2 language Switchers at the same time?
When your store is translated into other languages by Transcy, your theme also creates a translation version. That's why there shows 2 Switches on your store, one from Transcy, another from your theme. More details about theme translation can be found here. It looks like this.
Normally, this Theme Switcher is displayed in your Footer.
It depends on your theme's structure that the theme Switcher is showed on your website or not.
You will recognize there are some differences in displays between your theme Switcher and Transcy Switcher easily.
As Transcy Switcher will display both the language name beside the country flag icon likes the below picture.
If you set up your Store Currency then the currency selector would be showed under the language selector as well.
Besides that, recently we provide a lot of new templates to make switcher more compatible with Shopify market and look more professional so you might see some new looks below
