What is the Third-party app resource in Transcy?

For contents that are built from third-party apps, you can just enable Third-party app function to get all those contents translated automatically without editting the translation.

Please be advised that you can't edit the translation of contents from 3rd-party apps since we do not integrate with that 3rd-party app to collect data so as to edit the translation.

However, you can easily edit the translation of contents which are created from 3rd-party app such as Salebox, Ali Reviews which we've cooperated with these partners successfully to make the translation editable.

For instance Salebox, which helps you to create a shipping box in order to show any important information on your Product page then boost your customers make decisions faster, decrease abandoned carts & increase conversation. With this integration, we not only support to translate the contents on shipping box into target languages but also manage its translation easily in Transcy.

We've been making more effort to get integration with many more 3rd-party apps to help all users using Transcy more conveniently and effectively.

You can easily find Salebox and some other apps integrated with Transcy in our Integration list menu

We have 2 types of app integration:

Basic integration: for 3rd-party apps we can only help to translate content automatically but can't manage/edit the translation manually in-app

Free plan and above can get Basic integration

Advance integration: for 3rd-party apps we can help to translate content automatically as well as manage/edit the translation (Advance language) manually in-app

Current apps with editable translation are Ali Reviews, Salebox

Only Transcy paid plan (Basic, Growth, Premium plan) can get Advance integration

You can search and find suitable integrated apps with your store in Integration list menu

If you've installed one of our apps list and want to manage the translation. Please kindly check the type of integration and tick on box “I've already installed app” on the app


For instance, to edit the translation of Shipping box, after tick on box "I've already installed app" on Salebox, you can find Salebox app and contents that you want to edit the translation (Advance language) in Third-party app resource under Auto sync source in Manage Content.

Please be advised that you need to install Salebox and set up the offer box already to edit the translation in our app.

Transcy Integrations resource is the place to edit the translation of Ali Reviews, Salebox app in case you already use these apps.

It will show the app name


Please be advised that you only see and manage the translation of 3rd-party apps in Third-party app resource if you have already installed them on your store and those apps in our Integration list + you mark as “I've already installed app” + those apps belong to Advance integration.

If you've not installed an app, the Translate/Edit button on Third-party apps resource will be disable.

You can do action in bulk such as Translate/Delete translation/Manual sync/Remove app out of the list


When the user Unchecks "I've already installed app" of an app in the Integration menu, it will remove the app from the list page.

We do not support editing default content, please kindly edit default content directly in the app partner.
When you downgrade from a higher plan to Free plan, only show automatic translation, not show manual/edited translation. Manual translation data (if any) is stored for 90 days, after 90 days the data will be deleted.
In case you remove the app partner, its translation data is stored for 90 days, after 90 days the data will be deleted.
If you delete an app partner on your store, that app will be removed out of the Third-party app list
