By default, all products/sections/elements in your Shopify store will be synced to Transcy, however, in case you do not see a specific product/section/element in any page in Translation > Manage Translation > Edit translation> choose the page type and please find and click on the Sync with Shopify button in that page (if available) just one time to sync them to the app.
