What will happen when I upgrade, or downgrade my plan?

We understand that circumstances can change, and your needs may evolve. Bellow are some important information that you might want to know after changing your subscription's plan.


If you want to switch to a higher plan, you will need to approve the charge. Please check this article to know more about how the charge is calculated.

After complete the approval process, you will be able to use all the features of the picked plan, all your previous data is kept the same.


A notification popup will appear when you downgrade your plan. Please be noted that the quota is decreased in the lower plan, also some features are limited. Please kindly open the Settings page --> Pricing to view the detailed pricing plans.


If your review quantity exceeds limit of the selected plan, you will not allow to downgrade immediately. Please kindly remove reviews until it matches the limitation of the new plan.

For example: On Starter, you will have 500 reviews/ product. If your product has 600 reviews, you will need to remove 100 reviews so that you can continue downgrade

In annual plan, according to Shopify, the new subscription will be deferred until the current subscription completes. So you cannot downgrade until the current annual plan ends. Check this article for more information
