With Auto switch currency function, your customer will be redirected to your website in their local currency automatically based on their location/country.

Requirement:

This function is only available in Starter plan

Detected currency is target currency already added in the plugin and in Published status.

The function only works when you have installed Woocommerce.

How to set up

From WordPress admin, tap any menu on Transcy plugin, you'll be directed to our separated plugin at https://wp.transcy.io

More settings --> Geolocation --> turn on Auto switch currency button





The system will base on the list of all countries along with corresponding local language and currency provided from a 3rd-party service, the system will auto detect customer's location and help your customers landed on website in their proper local currency.

Example:

- You have added EUR as target currency and published it in the plugin.

- Also, your store are using Woocommerce

- You enabled Auto switch currency function in Geolocation.

- After all has been set up, when your friend in France visit your site, it will show price in EUR automatically without using switcher. Simply, the system detect your friends from France and EUR is local currency (main currency) in France as instance. Of course, your friend can switch to other target currencies by switcher if he wants.

Note: In case, the detected currency is out of your added target currency in plugin or you have not published target currency yet, the system will show default currency (store currency) on your site.
