Why can't I find some orders in Order List?
There are 2 reasons make Shopify orders do not show up on the Ali Orders's Order List: payment status, OR the product was removed from Ali Orders app. Payment Status Ali Orders only shows orders which are marked as PAID in Shopify. Mark the order as paid, and then check if it appeared in Order List. 2. Product was removed from Ali Orders's Product List Check the products that have orders still exist in your Product List.  from the uninstalled date will be synced from Shopify automatically to Ali Orders Your plan will be at FREE plan by default. Right now there is no way to delete mass products from Ali Orders dashboard. You have to delete one by one product. However, you can bulk delete products from Shopify dashboard. For making this cleared, if you do not use Oberlo for importing products, it won’t be able to bulk update AliExpress links for your products by Sync with Oberlo feature.
