You can easily go to Settings --> Pricing and switch to the higher plan
As mentioned above, after ending trial, the subscription will get started. Depending on the plan upgrade you choose, you will receive a prorated charge for the difference in price of the 2 plans. Therefore, you might see 2 charges on your bills, but no need to worry, those 2 charges are the total price of your final picked plan.

When you're subscribed to an annual plan, according to Shopify's policy, the new subscription is deferred until your current annual billing cycle is completed. At the moment you cannot initiate a downgrade to a lower-tier plan until your current plan's billing cycle reaches its end.
