You can simply set up how long after the fulfillment is done, an email will be sent to customer to request a review from them. Make sure to check shipping time for your order too, because you do not want customer to fill in a review before they actually receive ordered product.

Schedule general Email timing for all countries:

The Email will be auto scheduled when the order is marked as Fulfilled according to this settings.

Customize trigger for specific country

Some countries might have different delivery time. So you will want to to the different Email timing for those countries.


- Please be informed that the Trigger for All countries cannot be removed. Please consider to use the Blocklist function.

- The Request Emails will be auto scheduled after the orders are fulfilled. Those scheduled emails won't stop sending after you disable the Campaign, please kindly Stop the Pending emails if you do not want to send them
