Ali Reviews New widget - How to show in-cart reviews?
By showing reviews in the cart, you can help customers make informed decisions and potentially reduce cart abandonment rates by providing valuable information to customers, increase trust in your products.
In this article, we will go through the settings needed to be done to enable in-cart reviews.
After installing Ali Reviews, we automatically add the review box widget on your Product page and Cart page. When enabling Ali Reviews on App Embeds section, you will allow the review widget to be show on your store.
If you do not see the review box shows in-cart, please go to your Theme --> Customize --> Cart --> Add app block "Review box in cart" . Please be advised that this widget is only available when you use Theme OS 2.0
By default, it will show reviews of the products in cart and keep all other settings from the review box settings. In App block settings, you can select another product' reviews which you want to show on this widget. If you select a specific product, it will always show reviews of this product in-cart
Note: It will not show these elements for the in-cart reviews (Summary, write a review button, search, filter, sorting, tab, question)
