Questions and Answers (Q&A) is a great helpful section which not only gives your customers' entire needed information before making decision to purchase the items, but also help you to acknowledge your customer's needs

To use the Q&A feature, you will need at least Essential plan.

WHAT IS Q&A?

This Q&A feature helps you to collect your customers' concern and answer publicly via the widget showing on the Product page or privately via email.

At this stage, Q&A section is only showing along with the review box widget on Product page.

Specific customization for Q&A section is not available yet on this version. We will bring it up soon on the next update. (Submit question form 's appearance will be the same as the review box's)

HOW TO USE Q&A SECTION?

- To activate the Q&A section, please go to Manage review menu -> open the sub-menu Questions and Answers -> Activate it -> All done, the Q&A tab will appear next to the review box widget

- When a customer/ visitor submit a question for your store, it will store here as well. You can manage the questions, answer them privately via email and public the questions/answer on your store



HOW IS THE Q&A SECTION SHOWING ON STORE

- The Q&A submit button will be shown bellow the Write a review button. After clicking on it, the Q&A submit form will be extended



- The Q&A tab is placed next to the review tab
