After send the Auto Request via Email, you can also schedule a Email Reminder if customer forgot to leave the reviews for the purchase.

Set up the Email Request reviews, instruction can be found here

Turn on the option "Remind this email to customer". This option is available from Essential and higher plan.

Schedule the Sending time

It will send the Request review Email again to customer to remind them about the review.

Note: This email reminder cannot be editable. We will keep the same content of the Email request reviews
