Ali Reviews - How to Import Reviews From Other Apps via CSV File
From version 6.0, to make it more convenient to migrate reviews from other apps (like Loox, Judge.me, Product Reviews, Stamped.io, Yotpo, ...), check below for detailed instruction
Export reviews from previous app into a CSV file
From Ali Reviews dashboard, open the Import reviews tab --> CSV file. From there, pick the reviews source
Upload the exported file and waiting for the reviews to be imported
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please make sure you are using the exported file from the same store. If you are using Exported file from another store, please kindly re-check to make sure the information is filled correctly OR try to use our template
If you have edited your product, the Product's name/ Product's handle... would be changed. Please correct those information in the Exported file
