Steps
In the Shopify App Store, search Ali Reviews in the search bar.
Select Ali Reviews ‑ Product Reviews and click Install in the Shopify app store.
Click Install in Shopify admin.

Export existing reviews from Shopify Product Reviews

To move your product reviews from the Shopify Reviews app to Ali Reviews by importing a CSV file, you need to export them from Shopify Product Reviews.

Steps
Open the Shopify Product Reviews app.
From the Shopify Product Reviews homepage, click Export.



A CSV spreadsheet file will be exported to your downloads folder. Now you can import reviews from this downloaded file to Ali Reviews.

Import existing reviews into Ali Reviews

Steps
There are 2 ways:
From the Ali Reviews dashboard, click Start migration. This will open the Import CSV file page in step 2.



Another way is from the dashboard, click the Import Reviews tab > Import CSV file. This will also open the Import CSV file page in step 2.



From the Import CSV file, select Shopify Product Reviews in the left sidebar, and click Add file.
Check the box I agree to the terms of service.
Click Migrate now.
